By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Placing Online Orders

By accepting the Terms and Conditions and placing an online order on this site, you are indicating that you are at least 18 years old above or 18 years old below but with the consent of an adult. We will neither be liable nor responsible for any misplaced orders placed by the user of this website. The company will NOT return, refund, or cancel any orders in this way.

Order Acceptance

We hold the right to refuse or cancel placed orders for any reason. Cases that may result in cancellation of an order can either be limited stock availability, payment problems, inaccuracy in product information, and others.

If this happens, we will inform the customer through the given contact details.

Personal Information

We do not and will not collect any personal information from the customer unless it is required to successfully complete an online order. Any information given to us by an unsupervised child will not be the company’s responsibility.

Shop Supplies and Content

Any content from the company’s online store (special offers, items for sale, stocks, etc.) may be removed from the site without prior notice at the company’s discretion. Any order a customer may place on a suddenly removed item, offer, or stock will be considered canceled.

All the content from this website belongs to the company and are for informational purposes only. All contents from this website are original. The use and distribution of any content from this website is prohibited unless authorized by the company.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries within Metro Manila will take about 3 – 5 working days. There will be an additional fee for rush orders (within 48 hours). We are not able to commit to rush orders outside of Metro Manila at the moment.

After an order is placed, we will contact the customer to confirm his/her order within 48 hours. In the event that a delivery location will require the deliverer to pay a parking or entrance fee, the customer should inform us as the company will add the extra charge to the total fees the customer has to pay.

Our deliveries follow a route schedule, so we can only inform your delivery date a day before. We cannot advise the estimated time of arrival due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances while in transit, we can only advise on the actual delivery date. Our deliveries are done Monday-Saturday, anytime within 8 am to 6 pm except in the case of holidays or unforeseen circumstances while in transit.

In the case that the person who made the purchase cannot be present to receive the item/s, they may authorize another individual to receive the item/s on their behalf. Please have someone around to receive the items on the day we make the delivery and furnish a copy of the government ID of the authorized representative.

Warranty Policy

Our products are covered by a 3-month warranty (from the date of purchase), given that

1.) The product is used for the purpose intended as indicated in the instruction manual.

2.) The product is used under normal conditions as indicated in the instruction manual.

3.) The product is not subject to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents, or abuse

Please note that this warranty only covers factory and material defects under responsible use. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. The warranty does not cover purchases made on online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers. Do note that shipping/transportation charges will apply accordingly. If any defect noticed upon receipt, the customer can request a replacement of the same item within 24 hours as long as it is not the customer’s doing that damaged the item, the product should remain unused. Once used, no exchange is applicable.

Customers may request the item/s to be serviced or repaired but it will not be free of charge if the item has been in the possession of the customer for more than three (3) months.

Returns, Exchanges, and Repair Policy

Return or Exchange requests can be made only if they satisfy the conditions listed under our Warranty Policy. In order to make a Return or Exchange request, please email us at support@segroup.com.ph with:

  1. Your order details
  2. Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)

We will get back to you within the next three working days.

Please check your purchase(s) carefully upon checkout as we are unable to make changes once your order is booked in. It will automatically be processed by our third-party fulfillment center.

Refund Policy

For return or exchange due to receiving the wrong item or a defective product, Our representative will do an inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition before approving the return or exchange.

Our representative’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund. The processing time is approximately 7 working days.
